Chasing success doesn't need to feel heavy.

We don't need more grit or persistence when stifling overwhelm or burnout strikes - rather it's ok to ask for help. One of the most skilful ways to break the burnout cycle is taking a holistic approach to wellbeing - working on the body, mind and spirit.

Investing in ones' wellness doesn't steal time away from work. In fact it fuels better thinking and improves performance.

Hi, I'm Juzbi

I'm a girl who at 34 finally learned how to recover from burnout and keep it at bay by practicing yoga.

My mission?  To  help high-achievers enjoy their career success without burning out. I do this by teaching yoga as a holistic wellness practice that awakens and aligns all aspects of our Self: the mind, body and soul.

Think of me as a your chief wellness investor...

As a teacher she has this amazing way of understanding my strength levels and pushing me so gently that I don’t even realize until after the class.
